The History of Aksha Shopie

Mrs. Sri Raja Rajeswari was born and raised in Tamil Nadu, India and obtained a Master in International Business. After her marriage, she traveled and settled in Taiwan and Malaysia for more than 10 years. During her stay in these countries, she noticed that many of the locals have high inclination towards the very rich textile heritage of India. Some of the locals would ask her to purchase the bright coloured-sarees or finely woven Kashmir shawl every time she returned to India for visiting. She decided to establish a platform to allow easy selection and purchase of Indian textile worldwide. She also believes it is her responsibility to promote part of the beautiful and colourful culture of India through the Indian fabric.

Mrs. Sri Raja Rajeswari worked very hard to set up this platform with support from his beloved husband, and it was named Aksha Shopie. Aksha Shopie will start its full operation in February 2019, with its headquarters based in Tamilnadu, India. Mrs. Sri Rajarajeswari aims to make AKSHA SHOPIE a brilliant market place for all the home products not only for seller, but also for buyer to have a such convenience and trusted online experience.
